Comic for Slate

James Sturm asked some of us CCS students to do a four panel comic about our relationship with the internet for his blog on slate.com about going offline. Somehow I managed to get one done during the crucial time of finishing my thesis. Check out the rest of the comic HERE!

TCAF Report

These are all the minis I got from TCAF, mostly trades. Can't wait to read all the amazingness.



I bought the painting of the cover to the Elephano anthology I edited (which you can purchase HERE) by the ridiculously talented Rosemary Travale, http://rosemarytravale.ca ... now I just need to get a good frame for it.



These are all the books I bought at the Beguiling the day after the show. Cul de Sac was only like 7 bucks!!

This is the main floor of the reference library, it was really packed. Joey and I were on the second floor in the webcartoonists room.



Phil McAndrew, http://www.philintheblanks.com/ greeted all who came into the webcomics room, and had to put up with sitting next to me.



Here's a picture of the line of people waiting on Kate Beaton, but the room was pretty spacious so lines were not really a problem.



Lastly here's a photo of what my side of the table looked like on the first day, I was able to hand out all the copies of Caboose I had the first day. It was a really great show and I think I'll for sure go next year.
